Transformational Breath® is a cutting-edge, conscious breathing technique that is simple, gentle, and helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It's a technique to use only at specific times. It teaches a pattern of conscious, diaphragmatic breathing that is natural, safe and healthy so you will find it can improve your everyday breath pattern too. This is underpinned in sessions by the use of sound and gentle movement, as well as gentle hands on pressure on certain points of the body (similar to acupressure points) that hold tight muscles and blocked energy, where the breath is habitually held in stressful situations.
Transformational Breath® is suitable for all ages. You will be asked to lie comfortably on a mattress on the floor or sit in a comfortable chair if this is easier for you. You will not be asked to remove any clothing. The breathing experience may be supported by, and in turn supports, the setting of goals and the use of positive affirmations.
